Meat taco owner here. And it depends! If my bladder is really full, often that’s the only sensation I have. And it’s more pain/bladder pressure. Otherwise I feel it around my urethra.

I lost my bladder and prostate to cancer a couple years ago and had it replaced with a neobladder made from a portion of my small intestine. It still has peristalsic motion. Instead of the usual feeling like you described, I feel a sudden change in pressure as the neobladder reaches an undefined tipping point and the liquid inside shifts. Then I know I have about 15 minutes before the pressure overwhelms the levees and the dam burts. My life is fun 😳

23m I have never in my life felt it in the tip 😭 I feel it maybe 3 ish inches below my bellybutton and 2 ish inches internally; maybe the top of my bladder? I always thought it was because it was full!

F, 50yo. It starts in the pelvic area yes, but the more urgent the more it shifts to the front, so by the time the dam’s about to burst, pretty much everything is on fire 🔥. 🤪

I would say it’s just at the base of where my urethra is. If it goes long enough though, my lower belly feels very heavy.

I'm female and autistic, I probably do feel it in my pelvis before hand but I honestly don't feel it til it's RIGHT THERE so to me I just notice it being at my "tip" lol
