grassroots do not vist every residents so they do not know their living status. they only can be seen during general election and randomly vist resident at their units for social media purpose.

I visit my client ince a week in his home His daughter engaged my service to be a a befriender service to her dad who is blind. His neighbour a man in his 30s lives alone. Since he fell into some illness, he never bother to clean up his place anymore. He left the main door open and it smells bad with litter everywhere. There is also a PMA park in the hall. I told my client that I am worried for his safety but there is nothing we can do as it is inside his neighbours home. Eventually he will become a hoarder.
