@roseliemari: can’t stop drinking @Kuma / Kumatcha’s tanuki 😮‍💨 tanuki is a dark-roasted hojicha with a smokey, nutty, dark chocolate aroma that is very, very enticing. true to kuma’s claims, it froths quickly and well. it can get a bit bubbly, but it’s not an issue. as for the taste, it has hints of sweetness and toasted dark chocolate notes. its overall flavor profile has so much depth. my secret to enjoying tanuki: 72°C water for whisking, a bit of 🍯 whisked with the hojicha, and a pinch of maldon sea salt flakes.
