@conibop: making sourdough bread ✨the lazy way✨ recipe from @itshomemadehoney 🤍🍞 LAZY SOURDOUGH RECIPE🤍 *makes 2 loaves Ingredients 165g active starter 400g water 650g bread flour 15g salt Directions 1. Combine all ingredients 2. Cover and rest for 3-12 hours (approx. 10 hours for our house temp) 3. Do one set of stretch and folds, flour and shape the dough 4. Place in a bowl lined with towel & flour, cover and rest 1 hour 5. Put in the fridge overnight 6. Next day, score & line dutch oven with parchment paper, bake in a cold oven, set timer to 1 hour and temp to 450 F. I remove the dutch oven lid after 45 minutes and let the top brown.
