@fullhandsfarm_tn: It’s been like 3 weeks of trying to catch them up and get them back where they should be… silly creatures don’t understand they are prey and there are lots of coyotes who would want to eat them. I feel like this is a lesson Jesus is trying to teach me. The gates and boundaries the shepherd places are good for us, when we are living outside his boundaries (in sin as they say, or just outside His will for our lives): we are placing ourselves in a place where we can become prey to that ole adversary who Jesus compared to a lion who is seeking to devour us. Looking at these goofy girls I know they’re no match for a lion. So if the Lord is calling you to set up uncomfortable boundaries or you feel like you are trying to open doors that seem to keep closing- remember you have a good shepherd who knows what is lurking around the corner and sometimes those boundaries aren’t punishment, but protection. #getbackinyourfence #sheep
