@kwokspots: Doner kebab recipe at home. Been seeing this method everywhere so I had to give it a try and it turned out amazing Ib: @MezeMike Ingredients: 700g ground meat 1 onion 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp ground cumin 1 tbsp ground coriander 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp pepper 2 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp Greek yogurt #doner #kebab #wrap #EasyRecipes #groundmeat
This is doner, or doe-ner, a Turkish dish, similar to a gyro from Greece. Donair, pronounced dough-nair like he’s saying, originated in Nova Scotia, Canada, which has similar meat and toppings but a sweeten condensed milk sauce instead of tzatziki

1/10 he didn’t even cook it in the fridge like he said he would in the beginning. He used an oven.

Nice! Maybe broil at the end to desired flavor instead of butane.

y'all using a kitchen torch is just a quick way to burn sugar for crème brûlée, or to crisp/char up meat for added texture/flavor. You do NOT taste butane whatsoever. Same idea as charcoal for a grill, you aren't tasting actual charcoal.
