Mix egg and milk. 2. Dip the bread. 3. Bake at 350ºF for 7 minutes. 4. Baste with honey. 5. Air fry again for 3 more minutes.
Please keep doing these videos!! I've gone from 206 to 165 watching your videos and counting my calories. I need to count mine since I have a binge eating problem and eat until I puke 🤦♀️so I eat alot of volume foods. But you are one of the only ones I've continously watched for being honest and upfront! What is your personal favorite protein powder you would use everyday if you could? Do you use creatine or anything for muscle recovery? Sorry still learning and I have a physical job that I usually get 26 to 32K steps a day.
