so, just to clarify, the angle tree isnt something you just sign up for and are giving a random kid. you go to the places that have the trees with the tags that have each child's age, genders, clothing sizes, and wishlist. so no one MADE her pick THAT kid.

what's crazy is that most kids, especially the younger ones, have no clue they're even doing a wishlist for the giving tree/angel tree. they're usually told it's for santa, or a social worker/caregiver fills it out on their behalf
