Lower interest rates help consumers and small business owners. Today we have high interest rate and high spending which is a perfect recipe to help rich people and hurt poor people. Look at Japan or usa from 2009 to 2020 low rates and we had low inflation. japan had too low inflation for 30 yrs even with zero rates.
