Whenever I do exposure therapy and get embarssed I count it as a win, I call it a confidence point. I may have gotten embarssed but that means I’ve grown. Yeah it sucks in the moment, but in a week or two? Won’t matter. Probably won’t matter tomorrow.

Ugh I hate these teachers that hate repeating themselves like it’s not hard to answer the question that’s their job?? I get it can get frustrating if people don’t listen but students have to remember so much in class, why do they bring us down when we are actively wanting to learn

I did it once, and the teacher yelled so loudly that she stopped lecturing for the rest of the period. She accused me of talking and not paying attention, even though I was locked in the min she walked in. Her yelling made me cry.
