Proof of Purpose of Visit 🧑‍💻 4.1 Work & Holiday / Remote Work / Digital Nomad Applicants must present evidence of employment or professional activity abroad (depending on qualification), such as: Employment contract from an overseas employer; or Certificate of employment from a foreign company; or Portfolio (for freelancers, designers, programmers, content creators, etc.); or Freelance portfolio showing past projects or digital work, if self-employed — demonstrating that the applicant is: Digital Nomad Remote Worker Freelancer Foreign Talent 📌 Important: Documents must clearly show that the applicant earns income from outside Thailand and will not be employed within Thailand. 🎭 4.2 Evidence of Activities in Thailand (Soft Power / Creative Activities) For applicants joining cultural or creative activities in Thailand, provide one of the following (depending on qualification): Registration for Muay Thai course Registration for Thai cooking / art / music / fashion course Booking confirmation for seminar / workshop / festival / soft power event Invitation letter from a Thai organization or institute (if available) 📌 Important: Documents must confirm participation in an official event or activity in Thailand, consistent with the DTV visa purpose. 5.
