That’s what I took it as. Remember Blake and Ryan were fighting tooth and nail for what the private investigator uncovered as part of their investigation on behalf of the law firm, which falls under attorney client privilege.

I think BF did that because BLs team is going too far, asking for sanctions because WF defended themselves and now BL wants to add to her sanctions. so BF is calling them out several things and looks like he has some evidenxe to fight those sanctions.

About the appeal, BF said it depends on the timing if they appeal. it depends on when the judge starts the appeal clock. in order to appeal the defamation case, what they need is proof that RR knew BLs claims were false and called JB a predator knowing that. It cant be just that they know that. they need hard evidence - so a confession from Ryan, a text that shows he knew Blake was lying, someone who Ryan told it was all a lie. It is extremely difficult for a public figure to prove defamation. I don't know if they have that proof. that is what they need.
