It is honestly unbelievable how the big media selectively chooses what it wants to highlight. I keep waiting for the day when they will openly acknowledge the scale of civilian suffering in Gaza instead of constantly hiding behind the events of October 7. They never address what has happened after that day or the impact on an entire population whose beliefs and identity are different from Israel’s. The destruction, the massive loss of civilian life, and the long history of Palestinian casualties before October 7 are always pushed aside. Anyone who has ever been to Israel knows how heavily monitored and fortified it is, so they understand exactly what that means. Every time the big media minimizes these realities, it only reinforces the point I am making.
