I served as a 68w, not gonna lie there are a lot of pressure placed on lower ranks. Little do everyone know but the previous wars we had, there were many who were forced to do things because their senior told them to do it or face consequences. These soldiers have families too and can't afford to lose a job. Clean up the corrupt higher ranks first. But ngl if I was told to shoot a citizen in our own soil, that's where I draw the line.
