Wouldn't that be considered ommiting information, important information from a police report?. The officer already concluded the investigation when he stated that it was going to be a warning, the officer already had the conclusion to this traffic stop in his mind. This stop & search is unconstitutional. 4th amendment and 6th amendment violations. The man needs to go and get the officers involved oaths on file at the county clerk or the Sec. of State in that state so that the officers insurance/ bond will take a hit. If we make the cops uninsurable they can't work and switch to a new precinct every 2 years.

I wish people could separate the fact that they can love someone who is a cop and know that they are likely at the same time they have lied to protect a coworker from accountability because they are trauma bonded together.

My question is did they have a way of knowing his wife had been pregnant very recently? Could that have been motivation for tracking his car in particular? They’ve already said they want to restrict women who are or could be pregnant from traveling to other states or countries. Even if that wasn’t the case here. It is proof the have the ability to do so. Which is even scarier than just having check points.

I wish I still had my warning from driving Austin to midland, in middle of the night, for work. Very similar stop. Cop kept speaking Spanish to me even though I told him 4 times I was from Seattle and don’t speak. He would ask me questions in Spanish trying to see if i was lying about not speaking it.

I just saw a video talking about cameras being hidden in traffic cones amd stuff to watch people's regular movements, and flagging them to be stopped when something is different

our city of 40k just got FLOCK a little over a year ago... it's also odd that the dogs alert is to jump on the truck and then sit, You can clearly see the handler make a motion. at least in my experience that doesn't seem to be a legitimate alert
