Pretend there’s a wall where you want to kick. Lead with your knee to “break” the wall then extend your foot last to go through with the kick

I see what you’re goin for here. When you’re throwing a kick, don’t be so stiff, be loose in the hips and kinda thrust as your chambering then release your kick. Hopefully this helps.
