Hem ana öğün olur, hem yan yemek. 💛✨ Malzemeler • 3 adet pancar (küp doğranmış) • 2 adet kabak (küp doğranmış) • 2 adet patates (küp doğranmış) • 2 adet havuç (küp doğranmış) • 1 su bardağı haşlanmış nohut • Bir tutam ince kıyılmış maydanoz • 1–2 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı • ½ limonun suyu • 2–3 yemek kaşığı nar ekşisi • Baharatlar: tuz, karabiber, kırmızı toz biber, pul biber Hazırlanışı • Doğranmış pancar, patates, havuç ve kabağı zeytinyağı ve baharatlarla harmanla. • 180–190°C fırında sebzeler yumuşayıp hafif kızarana kadar pişir. • Tavada haşlanmış nohutu az yağ ve baharatlarla 1–2 dakika çevir. • Fırın sebzeleri, nohut ve maydanozu geniş bir kapta birleştir. • Üzerine yarım limon suyu ve 2–3 kaşık nar ekşisini ekleyip karıştır. ⸻ Roasted Veggie Salad Colorful, filling, and perfectly refreshing with a light tangy touch!
