Genuinely asking because I’m curious as when I did long distance, we considered ourselves bf/gf. I know everyone is different!

I know it’s stressful when they don’t answer right away but the right one will let you know his interest. my husband and I did long distance when we were dating, for the first year, during the pandemic. it sucked but it made us SO intentional and helped us build SUCH good communication and made every minute we spent together very intentional. we had lots of movie nights on the phone/video calls together, we would just sync up what we were watching. we played lots of games together too. we had so much fun. married a year later, and now we're celebrating 4 years married, 6 years together ❤️

My boyfriend only texts me if I text him. And I almost didn’t date him because he was so slow at texting but when I realized the vibe In person was better I got over it. I now live with him not even like 4 months later and my dog 🤣 and I’m soooo in love. Don’t worry, if it’s meant to be it will!

My husband was a soldier for the first 15 years of our relationship and the deployments, trainings, and such were hard but it built such a solid foundation of communication. That has carried us through some hard times! Think of it as a forced slow down to build a solid foundation. 😍

My hubby and I were long distance best friends for 5 years and then long distance relationship for 1 year and on Christmas Eve we will be celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary with 2 beautiful boys. Long distance dating sucks. Thankfully it worked in my favor. It’s not for everyone.
