There are multiple variations of broth, rice and meat across many cultures so why is it that big of a deal if someone calls it Brothy rice especially if it’s not actually a recipe of one of these cultural dishes. Like I’d call a bánh mì a sandwich. And if you want to call a sandwich a bready turkey cheese go for it but people might not understand you
