This is exactly how I see it! They couldn’t take the power of giving life from us, so they took away its divinity instead. Now their male god had the power of giving life and not us. Out of spite and envy.

Whether God is real or not, I cannot say. But I refuse to believe something would create something simply to be worshipped. I believe if there is a God, it'd curious being, observing it's creations and seeing how different things adapt to different climates and situations.

The older I’ve gotten I started to realise this . I was brought up catholic and still am strong in my faith but the way in which I believe god is has developed with the more I’ve realised this . The bible is written by men . By the experiences I’ve had with god have never felt like I should carry shame or guilt . Unlike how Catholicism can be taught .
