Hip dips are caused by the outside rotation of the hip socket. It’s also very likely that you have rotated knees and ankles. 👀

since internal rotation helps activating the tfl, glute min and anterior glute med like you said, would you say that doing seated hip abductions in the gym machine with my feet rotated inwards also helps to visually decrease hip dips?

may I ask as someone trying to build as well, why do leg lifts laying down? we wanna push them and add on top with muscle, why wouldnt you do crunched side raises instead?
