It’s crazy how people will see an animal with this behavior and be overcome w/ compassion about what caused this behavior. But lack this level of compassion for actual other humans. With that being sad, I have a strong inclination this doggo was put down and that is pretty sad.

The little dog was like “hey chill out” but she was not listening. You could see her plotting while she stared at you.

I fear she's been so abused and abandoned that she's just simply too far gone. she looks like she was probably a byb. she's probably had every baby ever taken from her. I feel so bad she's so scared but sometimes it's just better to let them go for them than to continue to force them to basically be retraumatized every single day for the slim hope they'll be okay.

Sadly this dogs probably not with us anymore. Its not her fault, she was failed over and over again. But with multiple reports and even video proof of her aggression, theres almost no chance. With dogs that have this much fear of humans its almost a kindness to not force them to interact every single day. She’d be near impossible to adopt out and sadly a huge hazard for shelter workers/volunteers. Sad situation but the best you can do is let them go peacefully to the long sleep.
