disabled my ability to have a libido when I got older. I can't make genuine romantic relationship connections, feel very little romantic attraction, intimacy of any kind including hand holding or physical touch makes me freak out internally, and I get an overwhelming sense of paranoia or panic whenever I'm alone in any situation where there aren't multiple exits.

I feel this so much. I get nervous when I'm alone with any men in my family. I'll stay in my room, listening for any movement. I hate it bc the men in my family aren't those kind of guys. I know I'm the safest with them but my body and mind will still convince me it's gonna happen again.

I went in a jimmy john’s once and there was an entire construction crew of men in there eating. I was alone & all of them kept whispering, staring, and laughing and then 2 of them approached me from behind when I was at the drink machine. I jumped so hard and I had to leave as well 😭🥺
