Recreating the Glass Donut in real miniature form For this tiny recipe, I used melted white chocolate tinted pink and added mini sprinkles in a mini silicone donut mold (...the chocolate didn't set well against the jelly, lesson learned Then I bloomed gelatin, melted sugar + water, added candy floss flavouring, combined everything, poured it into the cooled stencil, and let it set for 4 hours.
