@orjannilsen: A true full circle moment to be reminded of the feelings that trance has been bringing to many of us for so many years. Universal Nation is a record you all know is so near and dear to me and having had the opportunity to remix it myself has been an honor. That era was peak trance. I wish it would go back to sounding like that. I get trance evolves over the years but what’s stopping some artists produce something that sounds like it’s from the late 90’s / early 2000’s ?? That sound was unique, full of emotion, the progression and euphoria in some of those tracks damn! a lot of trance these days sounds too alike to the point it brings nothing out of me.
