Recipe: • 1 lb sliced beef (Angus prime chuck rolls) • 1 pack enoki mushrooms • 1/2 chopped onion • 1 egg • 1 tbsp oil Broth: • 1/4 cup soy sauce • 1/2 cup water • 1/2 tbsp bonito powder • 1 tbsp sugar Garnish: green onion, sesame Steps: 1. Split enoki into small bundles. 2. Cut beef to fit and wrap around each bundle. Roll tightly. 3. Mix broth. 4. Heat oil → stir onions 10 sec → add rolls. 5. Pour broth, cover 5–7 mins. 6.
