@cmgatienza: I hate working abroad — Pinoy MedTech in AU edition 🇦🇺 (inspo: @frechie_) Had I not taken the leap of faith with my career, packed up a 20kg suitcase, and flew Down Under, I would have not given this all to myself and in extension, to my little family. Life in Melbourne has been a good mix of wins and woes, especially this year wherein a lot of financial sacrifices had to be made (e.g. the husband’s diploma fees and Partner Visa application); but I made sure to never deprive myself of the things that make me happy, which in a way helped appease the mental gods.
