Renny era empresario pro capitalismo y proponía reducir el estado en pro de su eficiencia, un proyecto totalmente contrario a lo que es el chavismo, si no lo asesinan y llega a ser presidente el chavismo no existiera! Era el único candidato que en ese momento propuso algo diferente al estatismo creciente, por eso planifican su asesinato y lo logran saboteando su avioneta, ese estatismo de la 4ta fue profundizado por Chávez y Maduro en la 5ta, algo típico de los gobiernos con tendencia zurda hacia estados hipertróficos y que convierte al chavismo en la mayor estafa política de la historia venezolana.
