Postpartum hair loss Any mamas out there with hair loss after giving birth….what did you do/ use? When I got pregnant, that was when my hair problems kind of started, but it wasn’t as bad. My doctor said it was due to being pregnant etc. I had some patches from hair loss on some parts of my head. After I gave birth, my hair suddenly got better. I remember my sis making my hair one day and she said “your patches are gone oh, your hair has grown back….shey I told you it will grow back when you give birth”. I was excited and didn’t think much about it again. Over a year after giving birth, postpartum hair loss hit. I had always heard that some people get it earlier, some later, some never. My sis was part of the never as her hair even became fuller and thicker after she had her baby. Anyways, mine got soooooo bad that all I could feel when I touched my scalp was patches. So I made the decision to cut off my hair first, then focus on a course of action.
