Hi babe! There’s some great recommendations in the comments already for food. But I’d recommend renting a car if possible. A lot of these places are pretty spread out (especially the good Harold’s on the south side)

Nightlife: more speakeasy vibe but good music. MoneyGun, Clandestino and never have I ever (if there is an event even better). Coffee: oud coffee or Monday coffee. Restaurants: Matilda, or Vela. Have fun

It’s so much to do in Chicago first I would say try the local food and then google the most popular things to do but I wouldn’t stay out pass 11pm 🕚 it gets very dangerous 💯 have fun n be safe 💜

I would visit the building that it’s the poetry foundation like if you need some time to decompress as well. It is just absolutely gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous all the books all the things the poetry foundation. It’s like a a museum to words definitely go check that out.
