Tom's physical appareance makes more sense for Lestat. a little bit more femine like vampires are, not that tall because humans were shorter back then. a more ethereal appearance. vampires are NOT humans anymore

Sam's Lestat feels way more scarier and manipulative than Tom's. I haven't read the book so not sure how accurate it is, but I do enjoy it a lot.
