Replying to @Paulina Lopez If you’ve ever had those buttery rolls at Logan’s Roadhouse just wait until you make them from scratch. Homemade Logan’s roadhouse style rolls are soft, pull-apart, golden and brushed with real butter while they’re still hot. Save this one you’re gonna want it every single weekend. 😁 Find the recipe below ⬇️ #LogansRoadhouseRolls #HomemadeRolls #DinnerRolls #PullApartBread #bread #MadeFromScratch #ComfortFoodVibes #TikTokEats #ButterLoversOnly #SoftAndFluffy #BakingFromScratch #FoodTok #bake #baker #CarbsAreLife #Roll #fyp Logan’s Rolls 1 TBS. Yeast 1/4 C. Warm Water 1 C. Milk 1/4 C. Butter (salted) 1/4 C. Sugar 1 Egg 3 1/2 C. Bread Flour Start by letting the yeast wake up in the warm water. I sprinkle a little pinch of the sugar in too just to get it going, and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it's foamy on top. While that's happening, warm up the milk and butter together just until the butter melts. Let it cool down slightly. Then pour it into the yeast along with the rest of the sugar, the egg, and bread flour. Stir it together until it starts to form a shaggy dough, then I switch to kneading once it starts holding together either by hand or using a dough hook for about 6-8 minutes until the dough is soft, stretchy, and smooth. If it's too sticky, add a little more flour, but not too much. Pop it into a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm spot until doubled in size. That usually takes about an hour. Once it's risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a floured surface. Cut and shape it into 16 rolls. I like to tuck the edges under to make them nice and round. Put them in a butter baking dish, spaced out just a bit. Cover the rolls and let them rise again for another hour until they're puffy and soft. While they're rising, preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the rolls for about 15-18 minutes until they're golden brown on top. As soon as they come out, brush them generously with melted butter don't skip this part. Serve with more butter and enjoy 😊
