30 Days, 30 meals Part 9 : Achari chicken pulao 🤤 Written Recipe Ingredients: 	•	½ cup oil 	•	3 long (cloves) 	•	2 tsp cumin (jeera) 	•	2 bay leaves 	•	500g chicken 	•	2 medium potatoes 	•	3–4 tomatoes 	•	3 tbsp pulao masala 	•	1½ tsp garam masala 	•	1 tbsp cumin (jeera) 	•	1 tbsp dried coriander 	•	Salt (to taste) 	•	½ cup whisked yogurt 	•	2 tbsp Lazzat Achar 	•	1 cup rice + 2 cups water 	•	Fried onions (for garnish) 	•	Fresh coriander (for garnish) 🥘 Method: 	1.	Start with ½ cup oil in a pan. Once warm, add 3 lawang (cloves), 2 tsp cumin (jeera), and 2 bay leaves ( tez pata ). Let them sizzle for a few seconds so the aroma comes out. 	2.	Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white. 	3.	Now add potatoes (cut into chunks) and fry them a little with the chicken so both coat in the masala. 	4.	Next, add 3–4 chopped tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes soften and form a gravy. 	5.	Time to add spices: 3 tbsp pulao masala, 1½ tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp jeera, 1 tbsp dried coriander, and salt to taste. Mix everything well. 	6.	Add ½ cup whisked yogurt and cook until the masala combines nicely. 	7.	At this stage, add 2 tbsp Lazzat Achar for that achari kick, mix well, and pour in 2 cups water (for 1 cup rice). Let it come to a boil. 	8.	Add the washed rice, cook on high flame for 5 minutes, then cover and cook on low flame (dum) for about 10 minutes. 	9.	Before dum, sprinkle some fresh coriander and top with fried brown onions. Cover again so all the flavors lock in. 	10.	And that’s it — your aromatic, flavorful Achari Chicken Pulao is ready to serve! 😍 •
