He sued and won but justice was not done. He sued for 1M but was awarded 3,685 for damages. Only one officer was fired, Joseph Gutierrez. He was pulled over bc they said he didn’t have plates but it was a brand new car and the temp plates were taped to the inside of the rear window. They are freaking out bc he didn’t pull over immediately and drove to a well lit area. The other officers name is Daniel Crocker, the article didn’t say if he was fired. He was pepper sprayed by Gutierrez
