@theflattopking: Easy griddle cleaning tips. 1 get big junk off including your dirty spatula. YES you can use water… just make sure you dry before adding oil. 2. Work is sections to you don’t wrap your griddle. No need for high heat. Just hot enough to create steam. Lastly on super thin layer of oil of your choice… burn off.
