@genna5959: baked Alfredo 1 stick butter 3 tablespoons cream cheese 1 1/2 pints heavy cream garlic 2 cups parmesan cheese garlic powder pepper 1 box pasta cook noodles till almost done drain and set aside. Melt butter in a pot add garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes. add cream cheese and stir till melted add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. once warmed add parmesan cheese and seasoning cook till cheese is all melted. add noodles and transfer to a baking dish can top with more parmesan if wanted and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°. chicken bites 2 chicken breast flour season salt pepper garlic and onion powder lemon pepper seasoning garlic herb seasoning 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk hot sauce cut chicken into pieces and put in a bowl with the eggs milk hot sauce and seasonings. let sit for about an hour. in a ziplock bag add flour and seasoning how ever much you like to use. add chicken to bag and shake till chicken is coated may need to do this set a few times. I fry them in a pan till they are golden and fully cooked about 8 minutes. once cooked I put them on a paper towl lined baking sheet and keep them in the oven till warmed. repeat till all is cooked.
