@callascleaneats: When you want sugar cookies but are trying to eat healthier… make these healthy sugar cookie protein balls ☃️🍪 Ingredients 1/2 cup cashew butter 3 tbsp maple syrup 2 scoops collagen or vanilla protein powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp almond extract 2-3 tbsp coconut flour Pinch of sea salt 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil Directions Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips and coconut oil) to a bowl and mix well until you reach a cookie dough consistency. Roll into balls and place on a parchment paper lined plate or tray. Set in the freezer Next add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals stirring between each, until fully melted Dip each ball into melted chocolate and set back on plate.
