it’s hormonal acne unfortunately 😕 i have it too. yes we can do as much as we can to keep bacteria off but it’s really an internal thing

I’m convinced second puberty is a thing because my acne also came back full force at 24, spironolactone really helped though! Also I started getting grey hair at 20

It’s not a cure-all but have you tried hypochlorous acid spray?? It helps SO much. Spray before makeup, after makeup, or just throughout the day. Game changer for me

You should go on acutane, my daughter has started it one month ago and it’s been amazing already ! 20mg and slight dry lips snd she purges for a few days but is now drying and clearing up

You should look into going to a Chinese doctor. It really saved my skin after I got off birth control. The herbs can be a bit pricey but def worth it imo.
