You clocked it. It's the conservative pipeline. I've been seeing more posts where the comments are laced in conservatism. Soft girl life, quarter zip, poor ppl shouldn't.., ppl without degrees shouldn't..,etc. It's getting scary.

i totally understand believing that as a child, we have nothing to challenge the information our parents tell us. the only part that gave me pause is that she’s 30 with a bachelors. i can’t speak on every education system but the way lenses work is part of most middle school science curriculums. i don’t think she deserves all the hate, that’s an unfortunate downside of posting on the internet. i think people are mainly concerned at her saying this belief was based in common sense when most children learn to critically think and question beliefs our parents taught them well before even reaching their 20s.
