If you have rust installed on a ssd but also have a secondary Hdd. Make sure you disable the paging on the hdd. It improved stutters and load in times like crazy.

I have Rtx 5080 ultra core 9 285k (i9) 64gb ram 6000mhz even bought a 500hz monitor and I still have 140 fps and my friend with a gtx 1080 and i5 has 170-190 fps how do i fix
