If other superheroes cities are so safe why don’t they just go to Gotham and stay there and help out? Is Oliver even Helping Bruce with the costs? From what ive seen Bruce is running multiple hero teams and funding multiple projects: Young justice, Teen titans, the watch tower, The watchtowers tele-porter, Multiple different buildings like the teen titans tower, the Junior justice league hideout, the hall of justice, Not even including all he has to pay for the Repair and Upkeep of all these places when a villain attacks
