@thrivingwithhannah: Replying to @user_SI7 I’ve said before that (unfortunately) if home education is going to work out then it does have to be the main priority and everything else has to be up for debate, change or sacrifice. That might mean that you can’t work in the role that you want or you trained for, or that you need to take a pay cut, or cut back (or all of these things) so it can be tough. My personal opinion is that online work is one of the most home education friendly ways of doing it because you don’t have the issue of travel or leaving your child. #ukmums #workingmum #homeeducation #homeschooling #workathome
I would be fascinated to see your weekly schedule 🤪🤪🤪 you must be switching between things minute by minute to get everything done

I home educate and started a year ago for my son who is 13. I am lucky as I am a foster carer and have been for 30 years which allows me to do it

My daughter is keen to learn independently but I’m finding looking for workbooks confusing! She’s 12/13 can you recommend a supplier?

I do nights on the weekend, online work during week and when they’re in groups. Doable but hard! Amazes me that people think this is an easy option… it’s a wonderful life but takes hard work and some sacrifices
