Ingredients For the Base: 8–10 beef hot dogs, sliced 1 can (15 oz) chili with beans 1 can (15 oz) chili without beans 1 small onion, diced (optional) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp black pepper For the Biscuit Layer: 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent rolls) 1–2 tbsp melted butter ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp dried parsley (optional) For the Cheese: 1 ½–2 cups shredded cheddar ½ cup mozzarella (optional for extra melty goodness) Instructions 1. Preheat the Oven Set oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Make the Chili Base Combine sliced hot dogs, both cans of chili, onion, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix everything well. Spread into a greased baking dish. 3. Add the Cheese Sprinkle cheddar (and mozzarella if using) over the chili mixture. 4. Add Biscuit Topping Cut biscuits into quarters.
