In the UK. I bought my flat almost 2 years ago, it has raised in value by 30,000. It took us so long to find this place because every time a place we could afford appeared on the market we would ask for a viewing. and two days later we'd be told that it sold to a landlord. We once got a call to tell us that they didn't want to sell to a landlord. They'd prefer to sell to a family. "Could you increase your offer?" No! We offered what we could! If you don't want to sell to a landleech then don't sell it to a landleech.
