@washingtonstatedot: Happy Thanksgiving from the NB SR 167 bridge in Pacific! We said crews would work 24 hours a day, seven days a week to get this bridge fixed, and we meant it. That means contractor crews are spending the holiday setting a 60-foot long, 26-ton girder on the bridge across Third Avenue Southwest. This bridge was damaged earlier this fall by an over-height vehicle. NB SR 167 remains reduced to one lane between Stewart Road and just north of the Third Avenue Southwest overpass until work is completed in early 2026. Crews are continuing with falsework/formwork in anticipation of the first concrete pour next week. This Thanksgiving, we’re grateful to the people who are spending time away from their loved ones to make this fix as quickly and safely as possible.
