If you love Peach Tea, but want it fresh and sugar-free, this is the only recipe you’ll ever need! It’s the perfect refreshing and delicious way to cool off this summer! This syrup is also perfect for iced coffee, ice cream or pancakes! ✨Ingredients✨ -3 ripe peaches, sliced - 1 1/4 cup water -1 1/4 cup allulose ( more or less depending on sweetness) -Tea of choice, I make my own unsweetened using Lipton tea bags. -Lemon and peach slices for garnish -Fresh mint ✨TIP: Allulose is the only sugar-free sweetener that won’t crystallize once cooled. I don’t recommend using monk fruit as it will become crystallized in the fridge. You can sub real sugar if desired. ✨Instructions✨ 1.in a blender add the peaches, water, and allulose. Blend 10 seconds. Transfer to a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. 2. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until it thickens to the consistency of syrup. 6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the peach syrup cool. 7. Once cooled, strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any remaining solids. 8. Transfer the sugar-free peach syrup into a jar or bottle and store it in the refrigerator. ✨Peach Tea✨ Add ice to a glass along with peach syrup and tea.
