Candles and other lights to help the mood! I always think It’s going to happen either way so just embrace this, the smallest things in the day and get some happiness. Also, by December it’s 3ish months until March basically, it will start getting warm again, think about 12 weeks ago, it was sunny and hot! It’s never that long 🫶

Vitamin D helps, I start taking it in October daily through to March. There are SAD lights too that u can have in ur room that I'm told help ❤

In boots I seen this light thing for SAD apparently it reduces symptoms by 80%!! Xxx
