In my family we cannot have a holiday without hash brown casserole , I make a dbl batch every single holiday , we’ve all made it so much that we know the recipe by heart !!!!

We make these too but we use cubed hashbrowns instead of shredded. We call them funeral potatoes. haha

ok! Mine is almost identical, but The last 20 minutes, I crush up cornflakes and mix with melted butter, and sprinkle on top. and cook it until cornflakes get golden brown!
