I use apache, phpmyadmin and MySQL on Linux without xampp and it's 1000 times easier

когда чел не научился читать что порт уже занят 😂 помню давно баловался этой фигнёй, то Skype блокировал порт :))) просто смотришь кто использует порт и все

check if in the windows service of mysql the parameter path of the config file start with C:\Xampp… and not C::\Xampp,

the port that mysql is trying to run in is occupied kill the activity in that port (might be a duplicated mysql service listening on that port) or change the port tho i highly recommend you kill acitivites after you are done with them if you are using it for deving
