P.S: he is not a vampire. his companion is called "silverwing fiend" and he's labeled as the "archfiend sovereign", so he's still an uncrowned sovereign and an archfiend is basically the chief of demons (pretty much satan). the myth just has some vampiric elements. the myths aren't direct copies of existing concepts but just parallels. we get the bonus of him having vampire-esque vibes while still being much more unique than a vampire. and consistency with his fiend theme.
